Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders placed before 12:00 PM local warehouse time ship within 24 hours. If you need to change your order (e.g., address or size), please contact us immediately. While we will try to make changes within the first 12 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Delivery time frames are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.


3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes


For orders shipped outside the USA, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Sereni Parenting is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.


4. Tracking Information


All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages


If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please allow up to 20 business days for carrier investigations before a resolution is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or courier issues beyond our control.


6. Split Shipments


Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are located in different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


7. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items


If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the estimated restock date and offer the option to wait, choose a replacement product, or receive a full refund.


8. Important Notes


Shipping times do not include order processing time. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause significant delays or failed deliveries. Please double-check your details before ordering. Orders may experience delays during peak shopping seasons or public holidays. If you ordered the wrong size or product, contact us immediately. While we aim to make changes within the first 12 hours, we cannot guarantee modifications after processing begins.
