I ordered 2 vests with prioritized processing. After waiting 3 weeks with the status still saying processing order, I emailed customer service. They said sorry for the delay and I would be updated with any progress on the order. I reached out again 7 weeks after ordering requesting a refund and did not get a response. I do not recommend this company at all.

it's very small, the boy i got it for is size Small 6yrs but I bought Medium hoping its going to fit perfectly but it happened to be very small for her. I had to call for a refund it have posted it back and I am still waiting for my refund

Cheap , China made and disgusting product, sent them my complaint as this is literally not worth £70, and got ignored… From mother to mother , don’t let yourself tricked too… not to day the size is not even for a 5-6 year old , it barely fits a 3 year old. I would rate it zero stars if I could, customer service useless

The quality is good but it looks like I have received a used jacket there were stains on the jacket. The Sereni should have maintained their standards for the amount they are charging. This is not what I have expected from them.

I don't know why i ordered this again from "Sereni" when it's apparent they do not have them in stock and they ship after a month from CHINA but my other son wanted one. I should have ordered from Amazon as it was the same price and in stock to ship. I Also ordered the hoodie a week later and am still waiting. It's been 5 weeks. The firat vest i ordered is ok...i'm concerned about the longterm wear as some of the threads are loose. I wish it was cotton and not polyester blend so the material would feel better when wearing in summer. Good concept, ok product, poor poor delivery.

I literally have sent correspondence two times already and everybody keeps ignoring what I’m saying. I only wanted to, but I got three and I was charged for three. And it’s the way that you guys market it that makes it a little confusing. I had gotten one and then you offered me a discount on the next one or whatever so I didn’t know that you already did the first one so when I went to get the second one I put two because I thought it was the first one and then the second one, but apparently you had already did the first one and when I hit two you made me get two more and I immediately contacted the company by email and I got no response. I told them I only wanted to know don’t shoot me three refund me for the one etc. So a few days ago I got the same thing I got just now that I’m typing on and I told them the same thing. That I didn’t want three I only want two and it’s deceiving how they market it. I also told them that the size doesn’t match up with the regular sizes. My grandson was a size 10, and the baggy on him and we can barely get the zipper up on the vest that we got from you. So I’m gonna leave it at that. I would rather return them and get the right size or just get a refund. I was very excited about using these, but the deception is not OK.

My son likes the vest itself. They look good. Its much lighter than expected. I would not order again because the order arrived 6 weeks late and I dont feel communication was honest. The company did respond to emails however the responses constantly contradicted each other, one would say its shipping, another would say its being prepared for packing, another would ask me to confirm size. Shipping info provided did not work and so I could not track package, shipping infor said ‘on its way’ for several days until i marked it as delivered. Product is ok, not sure its worth £68!
