I literally have sent correspondence two times already and everybody keeps ignoring what I’m saying. I only wanted to, but I got three and I was charged for three. And it’s the way that you guys market it that makes it a little confusing. I had gotten one and then you offered me a discount on the next one or whatever so I didn’t know that you already did the first one so when I went to get the second one I put two because I thought it was the first one and then the second one, but apparently you had already did the first one and when I hit two you made me get two more and I immediately contacted the company by email and I got no response. I told them I only wanted to know don’t shoot me three refund me for the one etc. So a few days ago I got the same thing I got just now that I’m typing on and I told them the same thing. That I didn’t want three I only want two and it’s deceiving how they market it. I also told them that the size doesn’t match up with the regular sizes. My grandson was a size 10, and the baggy on him and we can barely get the zipper up on the vest that we got from you. So I’m gonna leave it at that. I would rather return them and get the right size or just get a refund. I was very excited about using these, but the deception is not OK.

Our little guy doesn’t care for this vest but we’ll continue trying for very short periods of time. I wish they would’ve used a better quality zipper. For the price hoping you’ll consider a better zipper in the future.

My son likes the vest itself. They look good. Its much lighter than expected. I would not order again because the order arrived 6 weeks late and I dont feel communication was honest. The company did respond to emails however the responses constantly contradicted each other, one would say its shipping, another would say its being prepared for packing, another would ask me to confirm size. Shipping info provided did not work and so I could not track package, shipping infor said ‘on its way’ for several days until i marked it as delivered. Product is ok, not sure its worth £68!

Shipping was so long but that was not the main issue. Did not look like what was promoted at all. Extremely small size and looks very bad, material and quality. We will need to return, cannot use product.

my kids has no problem wearing it, and honestly it helps him more focus to some of his activity. thank you for the chest, it doesn't minimize him for being active but he because more focus every time we have an activity to do, like writing or reading.

When I first came across the page. I felt like it was God sent. Right away I looked at the video, read more about it and convinced my husband that maybe this will work for our son. So I purchased it.
I’ve tried it for a week and I noticed right away a change in him . I noticed that he’s a lot more calmer. My son couldn’t sit still and had tough behavior where he wouldn’t listen to me and I was struggle with that. I will tell him to sit still, I would tell him to behave and he just wanted to do what he wanted to do. So when I came across this page right away I thought this was my only solution. I felt that he needed a hug and although I will always give him a hug, it was just temporarily and he’ll go back doing the same thing. So thanks to this vest that We now call it the hug vest.
When my son is upset or just can’t sit still, I will say you need your hug and the hug vest, Within a couple of minutes I see the calmness in him and he engage more all to the hug vest.
