Refund & Return Policy
At Sereni Parenting, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging (where applicable). Returns are accepted for any reason within 100 days of delivery. You must contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders placed after 18 January 2024 do not qualify for free return shipping. To start a return, email support@sereniparenting.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery of a package does not qualify for a full refund. The item must still be returned to our warehouse to be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in such cases.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product for a refund, then place a new order.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@sereniparenting.com.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable: Sensory Chew Necklace and Shark Tooth Chew Necklace.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sereni Parenting is not responsible for undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed or shipped.
8. Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. If you suspect your package was stolen, check with neighbors or building staff, then contact the carrier to file a claim. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
